My name is Alison.

I am an ex-deputy head with a wide experience of classroom teaching at all ages.

I have 24 years experience in teaching children within primary schools.

Also I have a further 10 years experience of teaching Maths and English from Key Stages 1 and 2 through to GCSE level on a one to one basis as a private tutor.

Currently I also work with Kip McGrath Education Centre (Stirling) as an online tutor, teaching students from Primary 1 up to National 5.

Increasing student confidence is important in my teaching methods and this has been very successful with many of my students.

I provide both online and face to face individual tuition in Maths and English (subject to Covid-19 restrictions).

I tutor within Harpenden (AL5) and surrounding areas as well as throughout the UK online.
